Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is among the most technically demanding procedures in gastrointestinal endoscopy. Successful cannulation, therapeutic intervention, and complication management require not only anatomical understanding, but also refined hand-eye coordination, fluoroscopic interpretation, and procedural judgment. Yet, many clinicians gradually gain ERCP exposure through observation, selective assistance, and limited supervised procedures — without structured simulator-based practice in therapeutic techniques. IMMAST’s Certificate Course in Diagnostic and Therapeutic ERCP is designed to bridge this gap. This is not a passive observational workshop. It is a focused, simulation-driven training program with guided hands-on practice designed to build technical precision, procedural confidence, and safe therapeutic decision-making in ERCP. What truly distinguishes this program is the opportunity for repeated hands-on practice on advanced mechanical/ VR simulators and the unique ‘First and Only of its Kind’ BioSIM model developed by IMMAST for practicing ERCP techniques, using animal tissue.
